1ARRIVAL TIME
We arrive at a function 1&1/2 hours prior to dinner and we are quite strict on this, as we want the meat to be at it’s utmost premium. We are THE SPIT ROAST PROFESSIONALS
2OUTDOOR FUNCTIONS AND POWER SUPPLY
For Marquee Weddings or any outdoor function, YOU must supply shelter for us! You will also need to supply Power.
3WEDDINGS
For Weddings we supply you the cutlery a couple of days prior, and you set up the venue. We have 6 basic colours of serviettes to choose from, included in your price. We bring the crockery with us.We serve the top table, and everyone else in buffet style.
For Weddings we must insist on speeches being between the Main and the Dessert. It will ensure the meat isn’t overcooked, and your guests aren’t overdone either. Nothing like a hearty meal inside them to see out the whole night, and then sit back and enjoy those memorable speeches.
4CHILDRENS PRICES
Up to 3 years free. 3 years to 11 years half price. 12 years and older full price.
5LEFT OVER FOOD
We leave all food in plastic containers which we supply.
6BUFFETS
We also require you to supply Tressels for the Buffet .and for Weddings you are to supply White Tablecloths for the Buffet.
7HEALTH REGULATIONS
Because we are Fully Health Licensed, we cannot allow people to supply food, meat or otherwise. In some instances seafood is allowed subject to our approval.
8TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
We require a $500 deposit, then full payment on the night of the function. If function is cancelled before 3 months we give a full refund, if cancelled less than three months (of date of function) we do not refund deposit. Prices are subject to change but not closer than 3 months of your function,if a price rise occurs and you are not happy we refund your deposit in full. You ring us on Friday (8 days prior to your wedding) with final details, guest numbers, the menu you have selected, and times. We will only take increases in numbers after the Wednesday the week of the function.
9TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Change of venue or format can result in cancellation of booking.
If you are late for the agreed meal time, We reserve the right to go straight from the main meal into serving dessert, you can then start your speeches after we have served dessert.

for Saturday Weddings.
